BHSKINMED LLC provides professional aesthetic and skincare services including, but not limited to:

  • Facials
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Dermaplaning
  • Acne treatments
  • Skincare consultations
  • Retail skincare product sales

All services are provided by a licensed professional.

Results vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Services provided by BHSKINMED LLC are cosmetic and not medical treatments unless otherwise explicitly stated.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients are responsible for consulting with a licensed physician regarding any medical concerns.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking or receiving services, you confirm that:

  • You provide accurate and truthful health history information.
  • You disclose all medications (including Accutane, antibiotics, etc.).
  • You inform us of allergies, pregnancy, or medical conditions.
  • You follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information releases BHSKINMED LLC from liability.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Aesthetic treatments may involve risks including redness, irritation, swelling, peeling, allergic reaction, or temporary discomfort.

By receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks.

BHSKINMED LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Individual skin sensitivities
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective results

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A valid credit card may be required to book.
  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

Services

All service sales are final. No refunds are provided once a service has been performed.

Products

Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange within [7–14] days with receipt. Opened products are non-refundable unless defective.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.

8. Packages & Memberships

  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved.

Return and Refund Policy

At BHSKINMED LLC, we stand behind the quality of our professional skincare products and services. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and hygiene standards, the following policies apply.

1. Service Refund Policy

All service sales are final.

Because aesthetic services (including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, acne treatments, and consultations) involve professional time, preparation, and product usage:

  • No refunds will be issued after a service has been performed.
  • Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
  • Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we may evaluate and recommend appropriate next steps.

2. Package & Prepaid Service Policy

  • Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable.
  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
  • Expiration dates may apply.
  • Unused sessions hold no cash value.

3. Retail Product Return Policy (In-Clinic Purchases)

Due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Opened or used skincare products are non-refundable.
  • Unopened, unused products may be eligible for exchange within 7–14 days of purchase with original receipt.
  • Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

4. Online Orders (If Applicable)

For products purchased through BHskinMed.com:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened and unused.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services or products from BHSKINMED LLC, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
